Is the counselling session a sales call?
No. The session is structured entirely around understanding your preparation and providing an honest diagnosis. A program is recommended only when genuinely appropriate, and if the honest answer is that you don’t need one, we will say so.
How is the personal session arranged?
After every test is evaluated, or at the end of every active week of Daily Answer Writing, a 30-minute online session is arranged with Guranchal Ma’am at a mutually agreed time.
Are sessions online or in person?
All sessions are online. UPSC Gurus does not run a physical centre, so personal sessions with Guranchal Ma’am, mock interviews and counselling calls all take place over video call, wherever you are.
Can I join both a Test Series and Daily Answer Writing?
Yes. The two complement each other: the Test Series provides full simulation under exam conditions, while Daily Answer Writing builds consistent practice every day.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. Easy extension is available at any time: move to the next tier by paying only the difference, with no fresh enrolment required.
What is the refund policy?
A full refund is available if requested within 7 days of purchase, provided the program has not yet started.
Is selection guaranteed?
No ethical program can guarantee selection. We promise structure, clarity and honest guidance throughout your preparation.
