REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund and Cancellation:
Once enrolled in any course/program with UPSC Gurus, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable to other students.
Course changes may be permitted in exceptional cases with management approval. Administrative charges (minimum 25% of the total fee) will be deducted, and the remaining balance retained for future courses.
Extra Payment Refund:
In cases of extra payment, UPSC Gurus will refund the amount within 10 working days, upon verification of valid proof.
Refund methods include direct bank transfer (NEFT) or as mutually agreed.
UPSC Gurus is not liable for any payment processing errors caused by banks. Students must directly resolve such issues with their bank.
