REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Refund and Cancellation:

  • Once enrolled in any course/program with UPSC Gurus, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable to other students.

  • Course changes may be permitted in exceptional cases with management approval. Administrative charges (minimum 25% of the total fee) will be deducted, and the remaining balance retained for future courses.

Extra Payment Refund:

  • In cases of extra payment, UPSC Gurus will refund the amount within 10 working days, upon verification of valid proof.

  • Refund methods include direct bank transfer (NEFT) or as mutually agreed.

  • UPSC Gurus is not liable for any payment processing errors caused by banks. Students must directly resolve such issues with their bank.
